All purchases are final. Since our services are custom-tailored and intangible, we do not offer returns once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.

While we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, exceptions may be considered if:

• There has been a billing error.
• The service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed scope.
• The project was cancelled prior to any substantial work being initiated.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting your Dedicated Project Coordinator at MarkupChop. We will assess each case individually and may offer partial refunds or service corrections at our discretion.

If a service is partially completed or revised upon mutual agreement, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel an order before work begins. If any portion of the work has started or resources have been allocated, a cancellation fee may apply based on the effort already expended.

We rely on timely communication and accurate requirements from you. Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Missed deadlines due to client delays.
• Lack of required inputs or approvals.
• Changes in requirements after project commencement.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact your Dedicated Project Coordinator at MarkupChop within 7 days of the transaction. We'll investigate promptly and resolve the issue fairly.
