Invoices are generated on a regular cycle, and payment is made easy — you can either approve the invoice directly or enjoy hassle-free automatic payment after the review period. This streamlined process keeps everything simple, secure, and convenient for you.
Agreement on Hourly Scope
Before starting, we align on the scope of tasks, hourly rate, estimated hours, and general expectations. This ensures flexibility for evolving needs while maintaining a shared understanding of project goals.
Work Log and Time Tracking

Billing Cycle and Invoicing

Review Period and Payment Approval
You have a review period of 5 days to examine the submitted work logs and invoices. Payments are processed securely once you approve the hours. If no action is taken during the review period, the invoice will auto-approved as per standard payment terms.
