We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong integration-focused expertise to support a CRM-to-ERP integration environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands Salesforce beyond basic configuration especially from a data model, API, and automation standpoint.

In this role, you will (Responsibilities)

  • Review and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud data model (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Orders)
  • Align and validate Opportunity → Order lifecycle
  • Audit and refine automation (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes)
  • Ensure Salesforce is integration-ready for external ERP systems
  • Review field-level security, permissions, and API access configurations
  • Support data cleanup and governance prior to integration
  • Collaborate with internal NetSuite and middleware teams
  • Participate in integration testing and troubleshooting
  • Provide documentation and best-practice recommendations

What you’ll need to succeed (Requirements)
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
  • Strong understanding of Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Orders, Record Types, Page Layouts, Permission Sets
  • Experience working with Salesforce REST APIs and OAuth 2.0
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce automation (Flow, Validation Rules)
  • Experience preparing Salesforce for third-party or ERP integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in multi-system environments
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Exposure to middleware platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.)
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience handling high-volume transaction environments
  • Knowledge of order management or subscription-based sales models
