We are seeking a Salesforce Customer 360 Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing, and other modules.

In this role, you will (Responsibilities)

  • Implement and customize Salesforce Customer 360 applications.
  • Develop workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Maintain system performance, data integrity, and user adoption.

What you’ll need to succeed (Requirements)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Customer 360 (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes.
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Consultant).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
  • Experience with industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
