We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys and Oracle Cloud HCM Security. Additionally experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is essential.

In this role, you will (Responsibilities)
- Design and implement functional solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM modules to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and configure approval workflows within OC HCM to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys to optimize employee engagement and development.
- Ensure robust security measures are in place for Oracle Cloud HCM safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining compliance.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Document functional specifications and create user guides to support end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize business processes within the Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing HR processes leading to improved employee satisfaction and organizational success.
What you’ll need to succeed (Requirements)
- Possess strong expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys and Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
- Demonstrate experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance, understanding industry-specific requirements.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
